Solar Energy
Solar photovoltaic, (commonly known as solar PV) power generation is a clean energy technology which harnesses the power of the sun — the planet's most plentiful renewable energy source. Typically installed in fields which are then largely isolated from human impact, these farms help promote biodiversity. This can happen where the remainder of the land is given over to plant and wildlife regeneration by planting new hedgerows, field margins and native wildflower meadows. When wildlife species that are in decline are allowed to re-establish themselves an area is much more likely to find it’s natural balance and so encourage further bio-diversity.
